Brief
Design a digital application to support trusted communication and sharing of patient- generated data. For service to collect and share health data at routine consultation. Envision an app that enables the monitoring of service users’ wellbeing and quality of life in between consultations.
Solution
I conducted extensive research and interviewed individuals living with diabetes. Using the insights gathered from these interactions and careful data analysis, I created DiaHealth—a user-friendly digital application designed to help people with diabetes manage their appointments and access essential health information easily.
